In the prestigious context of the Brescian hills, overlooking the city of Brescia, a greenhouse has been studied. The project for the villa, protected by the Superintendency, aims to exploit solar energy in terms of light and thermal radiation, which is why the expansion was designed on the southern front, like a bioclimatic greenhouse in which are located living spaces. The project had to conform and fit in a landscape compatible way, respecting the requirements and requests of the Superintendency.
The section and the shape of the volume have been studied also to allow the natural recirculation of the air, through the opening of shutters that respect dimensionally the principles of computational fluid dynamics.
The project, despite its modest volume, required a complex and complete design look, which embraced the themes related to landscape protection, technological applications and comfort needs.
