The villa, built in 1960s, has been renovated on an architectural, functional and energetical point of view. The internal spaces were reorganized to obtain lighter and more comfortable rooms. Outside, the ancient cladding was removed to insulate the whole building and applicate the new stone cladding. On the southern side was built a new terrace that joins the garden with the living room. The new insulation and plans renovation have improved the energetical behavior of the building, getting lower consuptions.
