The proposed intervention involves the construction of a residential complex consisting of single-family units and a staircase module containing three apartments on three levels.
The complex is protected from the high-speed road through a green acoustic barrier and through a direct connection enjoys the scenic and naturalistic nearby area.
The highly innovative S/R technology, which the construction was designed with, would have allowed the achievement of high energy performance and environmental comfort, maximizing the exploitation of natural forces.
