The project includes 16 energetically efficient housing units. Dry-assembled technology (S/E system), green roofs that integrate photovoltaic collectors, and high-performance doors and windows contribute to the energy efficiency of the buildings.
Furthermore, the buildings’ spontaneous ability to keep comfortable temperature conditions inside in every seasons has been enhanced by accurate study of spaces and construction details.
Each housing unit got the energy certifications “Class A Casaclima” and “Class A C.EN.ED. Lombardy”, as well as the ECO labelling, since the design process included some strategies aiming at increasing the project’s sustainability.
