Feasibility study and detailed proposals
The project was designed with the aim of both distribution and energy renovation, adapting the house to the current regulatory frameworks, but preserving its typically rural expressive characteristics.
The main structure, the facades, the roof and the brise soleil have been designed through the experimentation of the use of a new material, based on the poltrusion of plastic materials. The result is a greater lightness, both physical and environmental, with a building site that only requires manual movements, and a recyclability of materials certainly greater than the use of steel, through more available industrial processes.
